I built Peripal based on what I needed when perimenopause hit me. The mood tracking, symptom logging, validation cards, partner guide... all of it came from my own chaos and wishing these tools existed. ๐ธ
But here's the thing: perimenopause hits everyone differently and at a different point in time (and life).
Your journey might look nothing like mine. You might want features I never even thought about. A different way to track something. A tool I completely missed. New books (and other resources) I am not aware of or have not had time to read yet... A community conversation that actually matters to you.
That's what this space is for. Tell me what you need.
I won't promise to build everything. Some features aren't feasible, or they'd pull focus from what's already here. (Peripal is what I do in my spare time.) But I will listen. I'll read every request. And I'll do my best to figure out what I can actually do.
So what's missing? What would actually make Peripal useful for your life? (And if your request gets added? I'd love to hear about it.)
